I enjoyed my stay at Trademark in Norman. The room felt comfortable, equipped with a good kitchenette. The breakfast spread impressed me, and the staff were particularly friendly. Unfortunately, a gap in the window frame raised some safety concerns, but overall, a pleasant experience.

Had a great time with friends at this hotel! We loved visiting the Fred Jones Jr Museum of Art and the Gaylord Family Oklahoma Memorial Stadium. The breakfast spread was solid, and we appreciated the games like Monopoly to keep everyone entertained. A nice spot for fun and relaxation!
We did have an issue with one of the beds. it needed fresh linens upon arrival, which was a bit disappointing.

Charming, Comfortable, Calm
I felt right at home in my King Room Non-Smoking, with plush bedding that brought me sweet dreams every night! The outdoor saltwater pool was a perfect oasis to unwind under the sun, and let's not forget about the delicious breakfast-eggs and bacon made better mornings! The friendly staff made everything easy, from check-in to helping me with my requests.

I liked the spacious room, especially the larger refrigerator which was handy during our 3-night stay. The bed felt comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. Staff members were friendly and always willing to help, which made interactions pleasant. However, there were a few issues. The bathroom was dated, and I found it uncomfortable that the shower curtain would dance towards me because it couldn't properly attach. Fresh towels were only provided every three days, which was not ideal, especially since I prefer clean towels daily. We had to request additional supplies, and it was frustrating they were often running low. The breakfast selection was rather limited, too, which left something to be desired. One significant concern was a one-inch gap in the window that prevented it from closing, making us feel unsafe during a stormy night. I notified the front desk, and it seemed like they were already aware of the issue, which didn’t help our peace of mind. Another downside was the lack of extra toiletries. with three adults, one bar of soap felt insufficient. Despite these issues, the room's quietness was a pleasant surprise given the multiple teams staying at the hotel, and the ample parking was a plus for us.

The one-bedroom suite was exceptionally clean, with a well-separated living area and kitchen that enhanced our stay. Breakfast offered a wide variety, making it a satisfying start to the day. Staff were welcoming and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed during our visit. However, I noticed that the cleaning schedule seemed infrequent, which raised some concerns. Also, there were minor safety issues due to gaps in the window frame that could be improved in the future.
